- Kensington Village - Kensington Village Shopping Centre consists of a full service Coles Supermarket offering an extensive selection of local, national and international fresh foods and groceries.
- Lynbrook Village - Lynbrook is set 35km South East of the Melbourne CBD within The City of Casey. An impressive, full service 3,700m2 Coles supermarket and Liquorland will anchor the retail precinct backed by a superb blend of specialty stores.
- Lakes Innes Village - Lakes Innes Village is an open air retail development approximately four kilometres from the CBD and will feature a full-line Coles Supermarket, Liquorland and specialty tenancies ranging from 70 to 180sqm.
- Northlakes - Northlakes Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Wyong Shire, on the central coast of NSW, in an area demonstrating a consistent population and income growth trend.
