The principal activities of the Company are those of a Captive insurance company licensed under the Insurance Act 1966 to execute general insurance business.
The Company only underwrites the risks of its parent company and related corporations (not third-party risks) as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies Act 1967 and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore may allow.
The immediate and ultimate holding company is Coles Group Limited and incorporated in Australia.
